The Smart Baking Company has recently come out with a new line of products: Smart Muffins. I’ve had the smart cakes before which my girlfriend turned me onto. They’re pretty rad and a delicious snack. In this post, I discuss the Chocolate Chip Smart Muffins. When the Smart Baking Company sent us some muffins to sample, I was pretty excited to try these. They’re a bit heftier than the smart cakes. And of course, I already did enjoy the Sesame Smart Buns!

Review
The Chocolate Chip Smart Muffins were pretty good. The pumpkin flavor was still my favorite. However, this was a pretty good solid keto-friendly muffin. The consistency is pretty light and airy. I cooked mine in the air fryer as I just tend to prefer that to the microwave. The company suggests these muffins are microwaved for 30 seconds. This would be good if you like a light and airy cake in the morning, that’s what it reminded me of. Certainly a good morning treat.

How long do you cook in air fryer for and what temp? Do you cook them from a frozen state? Did you find it better from air fryer va microwave
