Just like the regular keto pancakes, these were also pretty good. They were slightly on the dryer side which I would imagine is from the tiger nut flour that the mix is made with. However, it is very easy to prepare and pretty delicious for being extremely low carb. I used some grass-fed butter and low-carb syrup on these and they were incredible. The chocolate chips made these a little better than the regular pancakes, however, they’re sweetened with malitol which can spike insulin and not necessarily the best for keto. If you’re a fan of pancakes or have a waffle maker and want to make waffles out of this mix, I would highly recommend it.
